Respondents ------- This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award has been filed.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, the applicant has stated that the applicant and the respondents have arrived at a settlement. They have also stated that only due to the earlier settlement talks, which has culminated in the settlement, there has been a delay for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the Award.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents has also got no objection for allowing this application.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application seeking for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award.
5. This Court has also taken note of the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement.
6. This Court has also recorded the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents that he has no objection for allowing this application.
7. For the foregoing reasons, this application is allowed as prayed for and the time period for conclusion of the Arbitral proceedings in respect of the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent is extended by another period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
