ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2024.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that despite the direction of this Court in W.P.No.34317 of 2019 for appointing Special Officer to the Society, the Special Officer has not taken charge as directed by this Court. In this regard, he has given the representation dated 08.02.2024 which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that comply the Orders of this Court and concerned Special Officer will take charge of the society and conduct elections as directed by this Court. Such statement is recorded.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

6. Accordingly, the respondent shall ensure that the Order of this Court be complied with letter and spirit. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
