Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1,2 and 4 to take appropriate action against the third respondent board to enquire into the illegalities committed by the third respondent and direct steps to be taken for obtaining final layout approval of the schemes of the third respondent and consider the case of the petitioner for allotment of plots as per the rules framed by the Government.
