This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of securities left behind by Mr.G.Somanadhan, who died in the accident on 25.10.2015.

2.The petitioner is the wife of the said Mr.G.Somanathan. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased as ExP1. Legal heirship certificate is marked as Ex.P2 which shows that the petitioner alone is the sole legal heir of the deceased Mr.G.Somanathan. Publication has also been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ effected and no objection has been received.

3.In view of the above evidence, this Original Petition is allowed succession certificate is issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
