This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to measure the petitioner's land viz., Survey Nos. 312/2B, 390/8, 395/1, 395/7 and 395/4 1/4

to an extent of 35 cents of lands in in Baisuhalli Village by disposing of the petitioner's application dated 19.09.2022 and the same within a time stipulated by this court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was acquired by way of an oral partition in the year 2005 and the Revenue authorities also issued manual patta in favour of the petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has given an application on 19.09.2022 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries dated 19.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, 2/4

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
