This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17398 of 2022 dated 26.07.2022 that the petitioners shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Kandamangalam Police Station, twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17398 of 2022 dated 26.07.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17398 of 2022 dated 26.07.2022, accordingly, this petition stands dismissed and time is extended till 22.08.2022 to the petitioners to comply with the condition as ordered by this Court.
