Respondent in both Prayer: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent for his willful and intentional disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.34449 of 2018 dated 04.01.2019. Sub Application No.232 of 2019 To direct the respondent to comply with the orders of this Honourable Court passed in W.P.No. 34449 of 2018 dated 04.01.2019 and consider the representation dated 15.11.2018 submitted by me in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No. 17652 of 2006 dated 07.09.2009 and accordingly include my name in the panel drawn by him in his proceedings R.No.T1/ 23327/2007 (E.O.No.206/07) dated 09.05.

2007 for the post of Motor Vehicles Inspector Grade-I for the year 2007-2008 over and above to my juniors at appropriate place and promote me to the post of Motor Vehicles Inspector Grade I from the date on which my immediate junior was promoted to that post by affording all service and monetary benefits thereof in compliance with the orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.No.17652 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.34449 of 2018 dated 04.01.2019.

2.This Court by the order dated 04.01.2019 in W.P.No.34449 of 2018 directed the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.11.2018, submitted by the petitioner in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.17652 of 2006 and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. In compliance with the order of this Court, the respondent passed orders on 01.03.2019 and 20.03.2019. 3.In the result, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in a manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
