Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.67/5A1 in Patta No.1614 to extent of 0.00.80 Ares respectively situated at Palinayanappalli Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to fix its boundaries as per the gift deed in document number 3601/2012 dated 10.12.2012, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to conduct survey the land of the petitioner in Survey No.67/5A1 in Patta No.1614 to an extent of 0.00.80 Ares situated at Palinayanappalli Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to fix its boundaries as per the gift deed in document number 3601/2012 dated 10.12.2012, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an application dated 19.07.2023 by paying appropriate payment in Challan 2/5

20230719008270 to survey his land and fix the boundaries, the respondents have not taken any action to survey his land. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 19.07.2023 to survey the land of the petitioner and fix its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
