Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties in the anticipatory bail order granted to the petitioner on 05.05.2022 in Crl.OP.No.10526 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10526 of 2022, dated 05.05.2022, for execute the sureties.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to illness, the petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
