The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that pursuant to the direction of this Court vide order dated 03.10.2023, investigation been transferred to the Cyber Crime Cell and investigation is progressing. However, the Investigating Officer is unable to complete the investigation within four months as directed by this Court and seeks extension of time.

Considering the explanation given by the Investigating Officer, time to complete the investigation is extended.

Investigation has to be completed within a period of two months from today.

Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
