This petition has been filed to investigate the complaint dated 23.07.2014 on the file of the Respondent and conduct enquiry and register the complaint, investigate the same and proceed according with law and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 22.08.2015.

5. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
