O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2017 for cancellation of Patta issued in favour of 4th respondent in respect of the lands to an extent of 0.18.0 Hectare in Survey No.733/4, Jekeri Village, Dhenkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representations dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.04.2017 seeking for cancellation of Patta issued in favour of 4th respondent, the respondents 2 & 3 have not passed any order so far.

3.Mrs.K. Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders after conducting enquiry and also after issuing notice to the 4th respondent, in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.04.2017 and pass orders, after conducting enquiry and also after issuing notice to the 4th respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
