This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph 4 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.12688 of 2022, dated 26.05.2022, though the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of "Rs.10,000/-" as cash surety, inadvertently, it has been typed as "Rs.25,000/-" .

3. Considering the above submission, paragraph No.4 of the order is ordered to be read as follows:

" 4. Upon considering the rival submissions, I am inclined to modify the condition imposed before the Trial Court that the condition in Clause No.(c) of the order dated 11.03.2022 regarding "One of the surety must be a Government surety either working in Tamilnadu or in Kerala State." shall stand removed. However, in addition, the petitioner, apart from executing a bond of Rs.25,000/-, is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- as cash surety. Time is extended to comply with the above by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. " https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

5. Registry is directed to incorporate the above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.12688 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.

6. It is made clear that time is extended for a further period of ten days to comply with the order, from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order.
