The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 22 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgment order dated 10.11.2022 in Crl.A.No.226 of 2019 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Mr.Aravind Subramani, learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
