Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd and 5th respondents to issue her no objection certificate to install a Bunk shop near the Thuraipakkam bus stand (pallavaram-Thuraipakkam link Road), Chennai, measuring to an extent of 50 sq.ft. to enable her to get license from the third respondent, by considering her representation dated 02.07.2018.
3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner be granted liberty to go before the Vending Committee to resolve her grievances.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition granting such liberty to the petitioner. If any application filed by the petitioner before the Committee, the same shall be considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
