This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 15.09.2015, it is seen that the opposite party has received some materials from the petitioner under invoices and he is refusing to repay the amount. In the case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the FIR. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
