This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to register an F.I.R., and to investigate the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.05.2015 in accordance with law.

2..Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 30.05.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the first respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
