ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register an F.I.R. and to investigate according to the petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2014 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.10.2014, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.678 of 2014 and the same was closed on the ground that the amount involved is Rs.1,25,00,000/- and the petitioner has been advised to approach Central Crime Branch.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to approach the Central Crime Branch and lodge a complaint and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
