It is brought to the notice of this Court that WMP.No.14124 of 2020 in WP.No.24148 of 2013, which was filed for impleading the respondents 4 and 5, was already allowed on 25.08.2020. However, wihout noticing the fact that the respondents 4 and 5 had already been brought on record, WMP.No.14124 of 2020 was ordered once again on 28.10.2022. Hence, the order dated 28.10.2022 in WMP.No.14124 of 2020 is recalled.
