3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in Crime No.246 of 2014 before the respondent.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously, before the concerned court, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
