This petition is filed to condone the delay of 548 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.V.Ajayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 4 and Mr.V.Govardhanan, learned counsel for M/s.Row and Reddy for respondents 2 and 3.

The delay is 548 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 548 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
