This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to investigate and register the complaint dated 20.07.2015 made by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 20.07.2015 and that, the petitioner is not cooperating for the enquiry with the respondent police. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for the enquiry and the respondent police is directed to enquire into the complaint expeditiously and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
