( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Tuesday, the Twenty Seventh day of July Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7126 of 2021 IN CRL OP.1190/2021 R.SURESH KUMAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, AVADI POLICE STATION, THIRUVALLUR DISTRICT CR NO.1286/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.NO.1190 of 2021 dated 08/04/2021, that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of two weeks and there after every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.STALIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 08.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1190 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 08.04.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pendency of FIR itself was stayed in Crl.OP.No.6625 of 2021. Hence, the conditions imposed on the petitioner may be relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

5. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 08.04.2021 stand unaltered.
