By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to issue sub-divisional patta in the name of the petitioner for the land in Survey No.93-2A3, measuring an extent of 0.21 cents, situated at Senraympatti, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2023.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she made representation before the respondents to survey and issue sub-divisional patta for her property in Survey No.93-2A3, situated at Senraympatti, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of sub-divisional patta in the name of the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
