This petition is filed to stay the operation of impugned order in No.TN/RO/PDY/PC/316/COMP/DIV-II/ 8Forder/2023 dated 10.03.2023 on the file of the respondent disposal of the main writ petition.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has made out a Prima facie for grant of interim stay.

Accordingly this petition is ordered subject to the condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- to the Respondent Organization on or before 30.06.2023 failing which the stay shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court .
