Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction upon respondents to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.07.2015, on the file of the first respondent and investigate the matter, as per law.

It is averred in the Petition that the petitioner was threatened with dire consequences, and also attempted to be dispossessed from the Temple Property, by one A.Radhakrishnan, and hooligans engaged by him, and therefore, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

preferred a complaint against those persons before the respondent/Police on 31.07.2015. Since no action was initiated against them, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this Criminal Original Petition.

Though the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that he has not received any instructions from the respondent/Police, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any more, as the complaint given by the petitioner was dated 31.07.2015, and for one year, no action was taken. 4.

In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to peruse the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.07.2015, and if any cognizable offence is made out, further directed to register a case and proceed with the matter as per law.
