Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of G.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- As a result of the appellate Judgment, the suit in O.S.No.215 of 2001 stands dismissed. Hence, there cannot be stay of any further proceedings. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as misconceived.
