The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate for the Life Insurance Policy of one C.Subbaiah who died on 27.03.2018. The 1st petitioner is the wife and 2nd and 3rd petitioners are the minor children of C.Subbaiah.

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay 2.The 1st petitioner has deposed as PW1. She has also produced death certificate and Legal Heirship certificate of the deceased C.Subbaiah. The death certificate of Kanniyammal, mother of C.Subbaiah has also been produced. These three petitioners alone are the legal representatives of the deceased C.Subbaiah. The 1st petitioner being the minors' guardian has deposed that she has no adverse interest to that of the minors.
