C.M.P.No.14942 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.20473 of 2022 SUNDER MOHAN,J.

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 308 days in representing above captioned C.M.A as against the Award dated 25.05.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No.435 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Special District Court), Krishnagiri.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of four weeks. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.

3.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
