JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Mr. V. Govardhanan, learned counsel representing M/s. Row & Reddy, submitted that the appellant has instructed the counsel to withdraw the appeal. Letter dated 12.11.2016 of the appellant addressed to M/s.Row and Reddy, shall be treated as part of record. Mr. V. Govardhanan has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Taking on record the above submission, Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted to file appeal on the same cause of action. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
