2. The H.M.O.P. petition is of the 2012 and this Appeal has been filed in the year 2018 seeking permanent alimony. Now, the learned counsel for the appellant would state that he is not able to contact the appellant party. It could only be constructed that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
