The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the appellant/complainant to file an appeal before this Court against the order of acquittal dated 26.07.2023 made in Spl.S.C.No.83 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court (POCSO Act), Cuddalore.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the appellant to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
