ORDER

The petitioner made a representation, seeking issuance of patta for an extent of 0.03 cents in Survey No.322/2 situated in Perithiveemangalam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District. The said request has been made by enclosing the Government Orders in G.O. (Standing) No.854 Revenue Department dated 30.12.2006 and G.O. (Standing) No.372 Revenue Department dated 26.08.2014. As no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
