This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 405 days in representing S.A.SR.No.66253 of 2020.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", within a period of two weeks from today".

4. Post the matter on 31.07.2023 for reporting compliance.
