This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for a records culminating into the findings of the third respondent in TDP Case No.05/2016 dated 23.03.2018 and to quash the same as illegal and non-est and consequently to set aside the order of removal from the service passed by the first respondent through the proceedings G.O.(D) No.197 dated 22.10.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case Page No.2 of 5

bundle.

3. In view of the above said submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
