This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.07.2016 in C.S.R.No.522 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the opposite party, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.523 of 2016 and the same was closed on 27.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
