ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking direction forbearing the respondents from issuing any order to hold the appointment of the petitioner made as per proceeding No.046/PR-02/ECE (DCN/DCP)/2008 dated 07.08.2008, as invalid and further for all consequential reliefs. However, during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondents have issued the proceedings dated 16.11.2022, in which, the petitioner's apprehension had been given a shape of an order. So, the petitioner was compelled to challenge the above order dated 16.11.2022 and hence, this writ petition can be closed as infructuous with a liberty given to the petitioner to contest the other writ petition filed by him in W.P.No.31193 of 2022 by raising all those grounds made in this writ petition.
