This application is filed to set aside the ex-parte order dated 04.01.2024 passed by this Court against the applicants 1 to 5/ defendants 3 to 7.

2. When the matter came up before this Court on 03.06.2024, this Court had allowed this application with cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 21.06.2024 and the matter was ordered to be listed on 24.06.2024 "for reporting compliance".

3. Today (24.06.2024), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.06.2024, has been duly complied with and he has also filed a memo to that effect. The same is recorded.
