Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 and their men, representatives or their agent to giving electricity connection to the 5th respondent in the common well land bearing survey No.121/3 to an extent of 0.5 cents out of 34 cents situated at Athiyur thirukkai Village, Vikiravandi Taluk, Villupuram District consequentially direct the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2022.

ORDER

Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the first to fourth respondents.

2. This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the private respondent/fifth respondent herein. Therefore, notice to the fifth respondent is also dispensed with.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2022, after giving notice to the fifth respondent and any other person who is likely to be impacted by such order. Such exercise shall be carried out by the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Pending disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2022, the status-quo as on date, shall be maintained.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
