This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender the petitioners before the trial Court in compliance with the order dated 22.03.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.7058 of 2024 on the file of this Court within the time to be specified.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioners to execute the sureties and to comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
