Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Bail condition that the Petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e.on every Sunday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.MP.No.5625 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.5916 of 2022 on 27.04.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.5625 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5916 of 2022 on 27.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
