Mr.Nitin Mardia C O M M O N J U D G MENT These Criminal Appeals have been filed against the order of acquittal. Earlier on 27.11.2017, this Court referred the matter before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras for amicable settlement.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the matters have been settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and they wants to withdraw the criminal appeals and the learned counsel appearing for the appellant also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, these criminal appeals are closed.
