O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 09.05.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 09.05.2018, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and after receipt of the said complaint, C.S.R.No.80 of 2018 has been issued, but, thereafter no action has been taken on the said complaint and hence, he requests to direct the second respondent to register a case.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that on 09.05.2018, a complaint was given by the petitioner and after receipt of the said complaint, C.S.R.No.80 of 2018 has been issued. She further submitted that on behalf of one Dhamothara Krishnan, one Prakash has lodged a complaint against the petitioner herein and after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
receipt of the said complaint, C.S.R.No.81 of 2018 has been issued. She further submitted that on 10.05.2018, a third complaint was lodged by one Ashok and for that, C.S.R.No.83 of 2018 has been issued and all the three complaints are pending for enquiry.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the aforesaid complaints expeditiously and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law. In case, the enquiry does not reveal any cognizable offence, then the second respondent has to direct the parties to approach the appropriate forum and get appropriate relief in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
