T.V.Varadharaja Mudaliar (Deceased), V.Padmavathi (Deceased), 1.P.Devaki v. Vijaya

C.M.P.No.10598 of 2026 in C.R.P.Sr.No. 56346 of 2026 N.MALA,J, This petition is filed to accept the cause title as amended showing the 2nd judgment debtor Padmavathy as deceased.

2.The petitioners submit that after filing the EP in the year 2018, the 2nd judgment debtor Padmavathi, died on 16.01.2022. The petitioners submit that in the impugned order dated 09.12.2025, the deceased/2nd judgment debtor was shown as a party and therefore, the petitioners as her legal heirs filed the CRP along with the petition to amend the cause title, showing the 2nd judgment debtor Padmavathi as deceased.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed, this petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter 'for admission' on 24.04.2026.
