Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ, Order of direction, in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the order of impugned order of the second respondent made in proceedings order No.2185 A3 of 2014 dated 10.09.2014 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to complete the V-year B.A.B.L. Course in Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai.

Anandhamurthy (in all W.P.'s) Additional Government Pleader O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging order of the second respondent in No.2185 A3 of 2014 dated 10.09.2014 and direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to complete the V-year B.A.B.L. Course in Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioners were law college students and during the examination conducted in May 2014, the petitioners were caught for copying and it was misconduct, their results were 'withheld" and the students were also suspended from the college with effect from 22.08.2014, followed by an enquiry by the enquiry committee. However, based on the enquiry conducted, the petitioners were transferred from Dr.Ambedkar Law College, Chennai to other Government Law Colleges.
4. Challenging the said order, the Present writ Petitions have been filed. This Court, by an order dated 07.10.2014, had permitted the petitioners to continue in the said college.
5. It is now represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have completed the course successfully and ready to be enrolled as advocates.
6. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for adjudication in these Writ Petitions. Hence, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
