This Miscellaneous Petition filed for granting an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from proceeding further including the arrest of the Petitioner pursuant to the 81 inquirry report dated 13.10.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent, pending disposal of W.P.No.19770/2006. W.P.No.19770 of 2006 was filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from proceeding further pursuant to the 81 inquiry report dt.13.10.2005 issued by the 3rd respondent as the same is contrary to Sec. 81 of TNCS Act 1983 and contrary to rules 1988. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ appeal is directed against the interim order. But subsequently, the main writ petition itself stands dismissed on 23.07.2010.
