Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner after making submissions on merits submitted that in the event of the petitioner getting any lease to undertake mining operations liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach the respondents for shifting the tower.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that in such an eventuality the respondents would consider the application made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
