The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the aforesaid miscellaneous petitions, the certified copies of the orders dated 03.03.2026, in REA.Nos.5 and 3 of in REP.No.130/2023 in OS.No.248/2018, were received and therefore, the petitions have become infructuous.

2.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 22.04.2026.
