PRAYER : Criminal Revision Petitions filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records and set aside the impugned order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Chengalpattu passed in C.M.P. Nos.1842 of 2014 and 1841 of 2014 in Special C.C.No.3 of 2014, dated 02.02.2016 respectively.

When this matter was listed on 26.10.2016, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today (i.e. 03.11.2016) under the caption "for dismissal". 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State, would submit that these petitions have been filed before the framing of charges. He further submits that thereafter, charges have been framed against the petitioners and trial has commenced before the concerned court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Revision Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution.
