VENUGOPAL The petitioner/party-in-person seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Sub Application with liberty and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect:

"Sub Application No.11 of 2015 in Contempt Petition No.1565 of 2012 may be permitted to withdraw with liberty to approach legal forum for other grievances. The petition may be dismissed as withdrawn."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the petitioner/party-in-person, this Sub Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforestated.
